In September, Entré Computer Solutions will be offering a Citrix XenServer Enterprise Edition training course. In this course, students will be educated on deploying and managing XenServer Enterprise Edition and XenCenter.
Through hands-on labs, students will gain experience in:
- Installing and configuring a virtual server and connecting to the server with XenCenter
- Creating a mix of Windows and Linux virtual machines and managing virtual machine life-cycle operations
- Creating a XenServer resource pool and connecting to remote storage
The exercises in this course will allow students to explore advanced XenServer capabilities such as XenMotion and automatic virtual machine placement.

Recently Microsoft announced some information about the upcoming version of their popular collaboration software, SharePoint 2010 (MOSS 2010). It’s definitely exciting to see what is in store for the next version of SharePoint. One thing that is going to need major consideration is system planning.
